Do this daily, morning or night. This is to release any old beliefs you have about starting a weight loss program and will clear the path for new and exciting beliefs. Please watch the tapping tutorial first otherwise you won’t know what the heck we are doing. When you are up and running and you feel you don’t need the tapping anymore you can stop it, but any slip ups or limiting beliefs and its back to the tapping.

 I just love this, listen to this audio  daily  even if you’re having a rest day. If your exercise is the bike or the gym, that’s totally fine too just ignore my reference to walking. I even listen to this audio in the car sometimes or when I’m doing the housework, the talk gives me so much confidence and a little pep in my step for the day, this audio is also a conscious hypnosis, the more you listen to the affirmations the more your subconscious mind will be programmed to feeling and believing how kickass gorgeous you are.

Listen to this only when laying down or in a relaxed position, morning or night or both every day as well will be beneficial, this is to get you all juiced up and excited for what is to come, the visualisation will give you the momentum and drive you need to achieve your results
